Questions before writing
Yes. The station is in Draper, Utah, but most engagements are run remotely with occasional visits when the work calls for it. Travel is discussed and agreed in the first conversation so that nobody is surprised later.
Messages sent during business hours usually receive a reply the same day. Messages sent outside hours are answered in the next business block. If your message concerns an active engagement, say so in the subject line and it moves to the front of the patrol round.
